REPAIRS
We are proud to offer a professional and comprehensive
service at very competitive prices. Our service is very
quick - jewellery repairs are turned around in 4-6 days
with the more complicated jobs normally taking approximately
10 days. Watches are serviced within 10-14 days except
makes such as Rolex, Cartier etc which are normally returned
within 14 -21 days.
We understand that many of the pieces of jewellery entrusted
to us have great sentimental value and as such are treated
with care and respect. In addition, all our jewellery
repairs are collected and delivered to us by our workshop
unlike the majority of jewellers who send their repairs
by post. We think this extra service gives our customers
added peace of mind.
Membership of the Institute of Professional Goldsmith
is the highest recognition of a craftsmens skill in the
trade and is coveted throughout the world. Only applicants
with a minimum of 15 years experience at the highest level
are considered. To be awarded a Fellowship is an even
greater honour, and we are delighted that we have not
only a Fellow but also a recent Chairman of the Institute
among the craftsmen looking after your jewellery. The
level of workmanship is therefore guaranteed.
We offer free estimates for any repair, and also have
a bespoke service. We can hand make any item to your specification.
No commission is too big or small and each piece carries
the Andrew Charles hallmark which is lodged at the London
Assay Office.
